I've got this loose tongue but doesn't everyone? Wrap that up in your peace pipe and inhale the smoke into your lung. If i sin sincerely like ancient history, tap that up like a time machine 'til it's long gone. So stitch up the holes in my shoes and dry these soaking soles, i'm up wide-eyed but my mind is moving in slow-mo. Better give me peace, 'cause it's all I've eve known, i'm taking off and my bodies' moving in-tow.
Got to know, where my body goes. There's pieces of me hanging delicately from a shoestring that i tied on my own.
i've got this clean-slate, shined up like a piece of eight, taxi waiting in the courtyard and i wonder if i might be late...
It's been a long time, but i let that go, i took the worry and i tied it in a bow.
